FROM ARRIVAL TO PATIENT NOTIFICATION

Keep the promise.
Close every order.

Quick computer entry. Clear ownership. One click to complete.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITY

One owner. No loose ends.

New orders inherit the owner for their promised day. Reassignment preserves the history.
YOUR DAILY FOCUS

Needs attention✦

A clear next step for every waiting patient.

Patient baskets

Open orders follow the work date. Completed shows saved history across all dates.
One tap to finish. Complete marks the order ready and attempts a SIMULATED SMS. Success moves it to Completed. Failure stays Pending with “Ready — SMS failed”. No-SMS exceptions move directly to Completed without SMS. No real messages are sent.

Staff completion today

Credited to the person who taps Complete. Notification status is separate; a completed order does not prove the patient received an SMS.

Activity & handover

Date-filtered history, including owner changes and blockers.

Quick add special order

Enter the name or initials and mobile number on the pharmacy computer. Order reference is generated automatically. Use fictional details in this demo.

Default target: 3 pm on the promised date. Initials are accepted; match the physical order and mobile before completion.

Registration does not place the supplier order. Confirm ordering through your usual system.

The daily Special Orders plan

1. On the pharmacy computer, enter patient name or initials, mobile number, promised date and item count. A reference is generated automatically. Place the supplier order in the existing system.

2. Manager assigns a duty owner. The owner sees pending and overdue baskets, including previous-day carryover.

3. Prepare the order through your normal pharmacy workflow.

4. Tap Complete. Simulated SMS success moves the order to Completed. Simulated failure remains Pending, with Retry SMS. No-SMS exceptions complete immediately and are marked Completed without SMS. No pickup tracking.

5. If anything is unfinished, leave the basket Pending and optionally add a note. Undo returns an accidental completion to pending while retaining the history.

Production plan: shared secure database, real staff accounts, permitted patient identifiers, duplicate checks, reminders around the agreed arrival time and escalation of overdue/urgent orders. This demo has no background reminders, external messaging or clinical records.
